Are you having problems connecting your phone to you Unitron of Phonak hearing aids?
Don't worry, here are some quick troubleshooting steps to follow:

FIRST - try turning you phone off the on again. 

If is still not pairing with your hearing aids:

  1. Un-pair all the hearing aid connections under bluetooth and in the app
  2. Re-pair aids under bluetooth by connecting up to the R - Hearing Aid
  3. Also Re-pair aids in the App by connecting to the LE L Hearing aid and the LE R Hearing aid (LE stand for Low Energy)

    Hopefully, that repairs the devices so you can stream calls and audio and use the app as a volume control and remote control to change programs.
